February 6, 20233 yr Hi all. I'm running the latest version of unRaid. Recently we had a bad storm and our modem/router as well as our network switch died. I've since replaced both, but if you look at the screenshot of the Docker section under Version it says unavailable. I suspect it's an issue with my router, because I also can't remotely access my server, but I did open the port and nothing changed. I should have kept notes when I originally configured my previous router! Would someone be kind enough to give me a push in the right direction around when ports I should be opening? Whatever help can be provided will be much appreciated! Cheers!
February 6, 20233 yr Author Just in case it helps, I've attached a screenshot of the network settings in the server. They haven't been altered, those settings were working before the network went down. I've also attached the Diagnostic zip. tower-diagnostics-20230206-2354.zip
February 6, 20233 yr Author UPDATE: I reset the router and I've managed to setup access to my server from outside the network. I also had about 8 plugins report that an update was available, so they are all now up to date. I'm still getting the same message in Docker though. Any thoughts?

You did not put your Unraid server directly on the Internet, did you? (Unraid is not hardened for direct Internet exposure!!!) Did you reserve the IP address of 192.168.0.116 on the router to prevent that address from being assigned by the router using its DCHP process? (You might need to know the MAC address of the NIC to do this. By the way, the router should be in the 192.168.0/xxx subnet for things to work properly. If the base address of the router is in the 192.168.1.xxx subnet-- or any other subnet, Change Unraid to use DCHP and get a new address in the proper range. Then either set up the router to always assign that address to your server OR set that new address as a Static address on the router and change Unraid back to Static with the new address. Can't give more help than a very general one as every router is different in the way it handles this situation.)
February 6, 20233 yr Author Thanks for your reply! My server is safely exposed to the outside as per unraid's instructions. The rest of your suggestion checks out too. Server IP address is reserved, etc. It's really weird because I'm almost certain now that the new router is set up how the old one was, so I'm starting to think that the issue is within the server itself. But thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts!
