This is killing me! I do not really need more storage on my unRAID right now but the TIVO could REALLY use one of those and that price is damned nice! Argh :P

    One thing I really like about Seagate is their super-easy RMA process (at least for U.S. customers).  You just fill out an on-line RMA form, send the drives back, and they send you new ones.

    Agree, their RMA process isn't too bad - and yes I've had to use it like 3 times now. I still prefer their drives as they come with a 5yr warranty even if they are OEM unlike any other. Seagate gets my money nearly every time now.

     

    Oh yeah - when it came back it came back as one per household :( Got one on order though, TIVO needs a BIG drive :D
