There is an error in my USB previously and i have changed a new USB and managed to get my "install key" transferred as well.

However, now i am facing another problem.

I am able to boot up, and it seems like dockers are running well as I am able to access docker services. but my array is missing and processor display and memory display is "hang" . meaning that it is stuck at the same percentage as shown below and not fluctuating.

secondly, when i press on " check array" , nothing happen.

if i press "stop", nothing happen too. it show only " waiting for my ip " and nothing happens.

I have attached my diagnostic. Is it because my usb is not good?
