It's an unassigned disk that was disconnected or dropped offline:

oh ok  ya i mounted a SSD 1TB and then unmounted and removed it...

so why did it come up with a warning is there something wrong with it when i unmounted and removed it?

  • Community Expert

When you removed it the device was detached, those warnings are normal after doing that.

It doesn't look you unmounted it before removing it.  There is no unmount log entry.

  • Author

ah ok...  and ya it unmounted cuz in chrome  it said unmounting and unmounted successfully as i have the notifications pop up

hmm ill have to re try later... got to finishing copying and then try couple fixes with this authlimit....

but least its not serious problem
