Drive disables - read and write errors

Hello everyone,

 

today I saw that one of my drives got disabled due to read and write errors. I did not do anything specific at the point it got disabled, it just happened. Parity check finished successfully a few days ago, so up to this point the drive seems to have been fine. See the diagnostics for more details.

Doesn't look like a disk problem, it dropped offline then reconnected again, check/replace both cables and if the emulated disk is still mounting you can rebuild on top.
