<= 6.11.5 one could simply minimise each object rather than delete it

When minimised it just gave a single line of information which was enough.

Not necessary to delete the entire panel.

 

Can it be added back or with a plugin?

    Fully agree.  Any way we can change this?  Really makes the dashboard inconvenient.

    I would love a way to bring this back. It really makes the dashboard less usable without this option.
