Did you get iperf to work? You can schedule the mover (Settings -> Scheduler)

I did, and that one looks normal, did you run a reverse test in the other direction like asked?

if i am running from my server its shows this,

and please also check the shares settings for cache. i am puzzled for which share i should choose cache as primary storage and for which i should choose secondory

To do a reverse you can just use the initial command on the other PC and add -R

Depends on where you want the files to go initially, and if they are to remain there or me moved to the array, see here:
