Spin up/down a single disk from the web interface [SOLVED]

I like to be able to selectively spin up or down a disk from the web interface.

 

So far I have seen the command "/update.htm?cmdSpinUpAll" or "/update.htm?cmdSpinDownAll"

 

Is there an equivalent for a single disk, e.g. "/update.htm?cmdSpinUpDisk1" or "/update.htm?cmdSpinDownDisk1"

 

Thanks for any suggestions!
