[Feature Request] Add A Time Delay to Parity-Checker Post Power Recovery

UnRaid Gods,

 

Can you please add a configurable delay timer to the Parity Checker once the server has recovered from a power outage? The reason this would be helpful to many users is that it would allow all docker services that are configured to auto-start would be able to load quickly without being interfered by the Parity Checker. If possible, options like 3,5 or 10 minutes would be convenient.

This plugin adds the capability to modify parity checks with scripting.

Power outage shutdowns should never trigger a parity check, the UPS should be configured to allow a safe shutdown.
