Ezekielx
I was trying to remove my second parity drive and tried to use new config as a way of acheiving this not knowing that it would wipe my current drives from their slots. How do i fix this without losing data? I had two parity drives and five data drives. I know what was in slot 4 and parity drive 2. Quote Link to comment

Only if you told it to! we normally recommend that the Keep All Assignments option of the New Config tool is used and you then make any alterations from that position. Quote Link to comment

Yes I told it to unfortunately. Just trying to recover from this with no data loss. Happy to rebuild parity... Quote Link to comment
