I know this is an older thread but I had the same issue of not being able to reach unraid server from one computer. It was something to do with tailscale. uninstalled it and works fine now.

Although removing Tailscale will certainly solve the problem (if it is related to Tailscale), if you want to keep it installed for possible future use, all you need to do is disable the Use Tailscale DNS settings option on the affected PC. That's what I did when I had this issue from a certain PC.

Thank you I will keep this in mind should I decide to use tailscale again
