You should enable the syslog server (probably with the option to Mirror to Flash set) to get a syslog that survives a reboot so we can see what leads up to a crash.  If using the mirror option the syslog file is stored in the 'logs' folder on the flash drive.

attached is my syslog.  I was able to keep it running for a few days.  but 2am this morning it died for seemingly no reason.

Macvlan call traces will usually end up crashing the server, switching to ipvlan should fix it (Settings -> Docker Settings -> Docker custom network type -> ipvlan (advanced view must be enabled, top right)).

 

Also several filesystem issues logged, good idea to run memtest then check filesystem on all disks.
