Appdata Backup shows error on updates

Featured Replies

I am pretty new to Unraid. I have the following error on updating Appdata Backup:

[02.10.2023 00:00:01][ℹ️][Main] 👋 WELCOME TO APPDATA.BACKUP!! :D
[02.10.2023 00:00:01][][Main] Destination is unavailable or not writeable!
[02.10.2023 00:00:01][ℹ️][Main] Checking retention...

If the destination, that this error points to is

/mnt/user/appdata/backup

then that directory does not exist. How would I go about fixing that, so that the plugin uses it?

Did you ever figure this out? I am having the same problem and I can't figure it out. It literally won't write to any single drive I have at all

Sorry, did not have time to further investigate.

Same story here! So how to fix it? Backup should be on my ext nas. Avalaible in remote and shares. When try to do backup, its not posible, prev version works.

This still doesn't seem to be a resolution.  I've tried 3 different locations both with the folders existing and without and I keep receiving the same error.

Having the same issue.  Tried changing to different location to backup to.  Nothing works, had it previously on my remote NAS.

I just had this problem and for me the solution was to create the folders and chown them:

cd /mnt/user/CABackup/

mkdir Appdata_Backup

mkdir USB_Backup

chown nobody:users Appdata_Backup

chown nobody:users USB_Backup

Cheers
