oshapir
Hi, Using Unraid Version: 6.12.4 with a Pro License Key. I'm getting the error: "Your flash drive is corrupted or offline..." on top of the server main window. The flash drive is probably dead - didn't check it yet, as I don't want to do anything wrong... Server is still running but Unraid don't see my license key file - so I can not change any setups un my server. I don't have flash drive backup...😟 What's the best way to restore/create a new flash drive and NOT loosing my data and all the plugins/setup/VMs/Shares etc? Thanks, Oren. Quote Link to comment

The link provided will mean you do not lose any data any shares will be available with default settings. To keep everything then you need to be able to get the contents of the 'config' folder off the flash drive if you have no backups. Going forward you should make sure you DO have a backup of the flash drive. There are several standard ways of achieving this Manually by clicking on the Boot drive on the Main tab and selecting the backup option. Automated local copy on a schedule using the appdata backup plugin Automated web copy on Limetech servers using Unraid Connect. Quote Link to comment
oshapir
I think I have the app data backup plugin, but I can not reach the backup folder. Will it be possible to use a fresh flash drive with unraid, reconfigure the main pool (I have screen shots of the drives serial numbers in the pool), start the pool, extract the backup and than shutdown the server, overwrite the config folder in the flash drive and reboot from it and getting everything back to normal? Thanks, Oren Quote Link to comment
