Not seeing anything obvious, unless it's a container, stop the docker service, stop the parity check, and see if utilization returns to normal.

Hello again, and thank you, so much:)

If its a docker, is there a way to find out which one it is?? i have a lot? and could it be some clashing with each other??

best regards

Fist stop the docker service to see if it helps or not, and cancel the parity check, that will also show some usage due to i/o wait.

When you switch the Docker page display to advanced mode you can see cpu/ram usage on the right of each container.
