November 3, 20232 yr Please standby for an epic....A few weeks ago I started having issues with the docker stopping working. A quick stop and restart fixed it for a while , but then the cache drive started being lost. Stop and restart a few times and everything fine again for a while. Then that stopped working, ok, cache drive is stuffed so I'll replace it and the cables while I'm at it. Everything worked fine for a couple of hours and then its at it again. The docker is running but not properly (Tv side of Plex isn't showing up ect) I've attached the diags for what they are worth, not sure if they'll point out the problem or not. Any help appreciated theark-diagnostics-20231103-1742.zip
November 3, 20232 yr Author Now I've got a problem with a data disk. New diags attached theark-diagnostics-20231103-1759.zip
November 3, 20232 yr Community Expert Problem with cache looked more like a power/connection issue, replace cables, and check filesystem for disk7, run it without -n.
November 3, 20232 yr Author OK, thanks mate, I'll give it a try. Disk7 issues likely to be power related to you think?
November 3, 20232 yr Community Expert Yes, and my earlier post was wrong, the connection issues I saw in the first diags were about disk7, not cache.
November 3, 20232 yr Community Expert If it happens again post new diags, previous ones stopped logging due to all the ATA errors with disk7.
November 4, 20232 yr Author Cache drive is still there but copying files and keeping parts of the docker running are playing up theark-diagnostics-20231104-1243.zip
November 4, 20232 yr Author Would this have to do with the power/connection problems? Its a brand new drive
November 4, 20232 yr Community Expert Still having issues with disk7 and cache, both look like power/connection issues, need to fix these first.
November 4, 20232 yr Author I think I'll try for a new psu. All the other connections are reasonably new (couple of months) and the psu is getting on a bit. Thanks again
