Dear Community,

Would someone please advise if the attched folder structure looks normal? I have a "user0" which seems to be replicate of "user". Chances are I have messed something up. I am not having an easy time of setting up unRaid.

Am thinking about restarting from scratch because I just cant get it to behave in a way that makes sense or is consistent.  Not sure how to rebuild from scratch as yet but dont believe it would be a "new config" because I have already tried that.

Any pointers / help would be appreciated please?

It is normal to have a User and User0 folder. User0 is the same view as User but leaves out the cache/pool drives.  User0 is mainly for internal Unraid use.

If you provide more details about your issues with Unraid and the diagnostics (might want to start a separate thread for that), some of the experts here may be able to give you some pointers to get you headed in the right direction.

This is described in the User Shares section of the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI.  In addition every forum page has a DOCS link at the top and a Documentation link at the bottom.   The Unraid OS->Manual section covers most aspects of the current Unraid release.

Dear itimpi, thank you. I think the volume of information has undone me. I find takes multiple goes at it to piece it together. Thank you

I will start a new thread regarding my other question.
