December 24, 20232 yr After the update from 6.9.2 to 6.12.6 , my web gui no longer works. My array is no longer displayed no pool nothing. SMB does not work anymore either. And the dialog boxes open but no text is available tower-diagnostics-20231224-1208.zip
December 24, 20232 yr Community Expert You can try redoing the flash drive, backup the current one first and then redo it and just restore the bare minimum, like the key, super.dat and the pools folder for the assignments, also copy the docker user templates folder, if all works you can then reconfigure the server or try restoring a few config files at a time from the backup to see if you can find the culprit.

From ethtool, the NIC is a Realtek R8169. I suspect this may be the issue.
December 24, 20232 yr Community Expert Do you use Jumbo Frames on the network? This is known to cause issues with some NICs.
