Cache filesystem is corrupt and going read-only, suggest backing up and re-formatting the pool, also a good idea to run memtest.

Anything here to indicate he has potentially bad memory or this the go to suggestion around here?

The pool was actually formatted and recreated a few weeks ago (added a 2nd ssd to create a pool). This problem did occur before the new pool was created. I will run memtest now!

If the pool keeps getting corrupt it does suggest an underlying hardware issue, testing the RAM is a good place to start.
