On my Disk#3 I have two folders = Movies and TV Shows.  I can write, replace, delete and what ever.  I have full rights to the movie folder.  However I have only read access to the TV Shows folder.  How can this happen.  How do I fix it.  I ran the new permissions utility > didn't work.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
