Windlasher Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 After an upgrade about 6 months ago unraid connect stopped working. I havent worried because Ive been busy. I cant log in to the licensing area. I can log into admin through one of the servers but it only shows 1 basic license. I have three PRO licenses. How do I get this fixed so I can rebuild a server? Thanks Quote Link to comment
itimpi Posted March 27 Share Posted March 27 Have you tried removing the plugin and then reinstalling it? After that log into Connect from each server in turn to get that servers licence registered. If that fails you should then contact support for help. You should also do this if you are missing one of your licence files and cannot get it from connect. Quote Link to comment

I had some surgery and have not had time to deal with them. Per your suggestion, I removed the plugin from the one that is running and tired to reinstall. I got this: plugin: installing: dynamix.unraid.net.plg Executing hook script: pre_plugin_checks plugin: downloading: dynamix.unraid.net.plg ... plugin: dynamix.unraid.net.plg download failure: Network failure Executing hook script: post_plugin_checks All I really want to do it get my licenses so I can rebuild the two that are down and then replace the one that is running with new hardware after moving the data from the one running server.
