Encore
Facing strange issue. already tested with native unraid driver and the realtek 8125 driver. libre speedtest shows me 2,5-2,6gbit in download but just 1,5-1,6gbit in upload? what happend here? already checked switch (all fine) , checked cable -> all fine replaced cables just to be sure - same.. using cache disk (nvme) Edited March 30 by Encore Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Does it improve if you disable bridging? Quote Link to comment
NunoD007
Hello, As far as I know realtek chips are not achieving more than 1.2 max 1.6Gb upstream. I have my firewall with 2 realtek 8125 chip and 2 Intel I225L chips and while they both work very reliably in IPFire the realtek doesn't give the same performance as the intel chips in upstream tasks. JorgeB
I have no issues with the same NIC in both directions, bridging enabled is known to affect performance in one direction with that NIC, if it's not that it can also be a cable/switch issue. Quote Link to comment
