stilltli
Hi community, i'm hope someone can guide me how to debug my problem. I used an old pc to setup my unraid server a few weeks ago, every time, no matter what or if vms or dockers are running, it just freezes up, no longer pingable over the network and no monitor output when attaching a displayport cable, the logfiles don't show anything at the time or shortly before the freeze and i also did setup a external syslog server on my synology, hoping that it catches something there. Does anyone have an idea what to try next? You'll find my diagnostics attached Kind regards, stilltli raidbert-diagnostics-20240417-2100.zip Quote Link to comment
Vatoe
No expert here, but I would be eliminating that it is a hardware issue like faulty ram. Quote Link to comment

Could you elaborate: Do you mean that I should make sure that is not a hardware issue? If yes, how? Or do you mean, that you would say that it likely is not a hardware issue judging from my description and diagnostics? Thanks Quote Link to comment
Vatoe
Yeah sorry, missed the reply. Obviously, one cannot be sure if it an hardware issue, but certainly try eliminating if it, like running memory and CPU tests. Google how this done, this would be the easiest check to conduct first. Quote Link to comment
