ISOT
I want to buy some spare USB drives, and I want to test them by putting the unraid trial on them and booting them. My concern is, if I boot them one time as a trial, does that flag the UUID and then I can't use that drive later if I need to put one of my actual licensed copies on it? Quote Link to comment

I suspect you would be OK but I am not sure. If all you are trying is to do is see if they boot why bother to get a Trial licence in the first place? That way you can still later get a Trial licence for that drive if you decide it would be convenient. Quote Link to comment
JorgeB
Trial does not prevent later using a paid license. Quote Link to comment
