xST4R Posted June 5 Share Posted June 5 (edited) Hey, ich frag mich die ganze zeit wie ich meine platten und co sinnvoll aufteilen soll und was für ein dateisystem ich am besten nutzen soll. Meine Hardware : AMD EPYC 3151 Gigabyte MJ11-EC1 32GB ecc ram Seasonic SSP-300SFG 300W 1x 500gb ssd (sata) -> soll später noch erweitert werden (eine 2te platte für raid1) 1x 2tb sdd (m2) 2x 8tb HDD (als nas) -> soll später noch erweitert werden mit weiteren 4x HDD 10Gtek netzwerkkarte (10gbit) + fiber kabel Aufgaben vom system: 1-2 vm (ha) smb (nas) docker anwendungen ~10stc stromsparen und leise sein (spindown?) die hauptfrage : wie richte ich das ganze sinvoll ein ? 2 usb sticks als dummy ? was für datei systeme zu jeweiligen platte ? würde mich sehr über hilfe freuen Grüße Edited June 5 by xST4R Quote Link to comment
cz13 Posted June 6 Share Posted June 6 (edited) Ausgehend von dem was du momentan hast: -Array 2x 8TB (1x Parity, 1x Daten) Dateisystem xfs -500GB SSD als Pool (Cache fürs Array) mit nur einer Disk xfs später mit 2 zfs -1TB NVMe als Pool für Docker und VM ebenfalls xfs Edited June 6 by cz13 2 Quote Link to comment
