    The Diagnostics download provided by the webUI is a single zip file. Your computer must have automatically unzipped it.

     

    Nobody wants to download all those separate attachments.

     

    Please attach the single Diagnostics zip file to your NEXT post in this thread.

    Looks like a connection problem. Check connections, SATA and power, both ends, including splitters.

     

    Then reboot and post new diagnostics

    i've changed both mutiple times still not wanting to connect to the array and when i try to check the disk for errors halts my unraid and cant shutdown or reboot

    also i cant diagnostic with this drive connected anymore it gets stuck

    If you have replaced both the power and SATA cable the problem is likely be the disk.
