New temp and failed shares being created on their own

You have something (probably a docker container) configured so that it creates those as top level folders on the cache drive.   Top level folders on a drive are normally automatically promoted to a User Share of the same name.

Thank you for replying. is it safe to delete these shares and where sould i look for the likely  container that is causing this?

Only if you do not want their content.   Looking at any content might give you a clue as to what is creating it.

It would just be a case of going methodically through your containers and looking at the volume mapping and seeing if you have something mapped to the top level of a drive or pool.

I am fairly new to unraid and not too tech savy. How do I look at volume mapping and how to tell if something is mapped to the top level of a drive. I am willing to learn so if there is something I should watch on youtube or read I would greatly appreciate it.

Left-click on the Docker's icon.  You get this and then click on Edit:

Look for entries like this:

You may have to click on the "Show more entries..." dropdown...

This screenshot shows a 'Container Path'  being mapped to a share --  appdata.   We know this because  /mnt/user   is the mount point for all user shares.   (And   /mnt   is used by Unraid for the mounting of physical devices.  The path is black is in the Unraid server (The 'Host') and the path is orange is the Docker's internal file path descriptor.
