Hi everyone,

 

I recently completed a hardware upgrade, but ever since, my Plex Docker container seems to have lost access to my media files. When I log into the Plex web UI, I’m greeted with the message that Plex can’t find my media libraries.

 

I’ve tried the following steps to resolve the issue:

 

1. Reinstalling the Plex container.
2. Verifying media paths in the container configuration.

 

Unfortunately, the problem persists. It seems like Plex is either unable to see the media directory or there’s some other issue at play.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest posting in the support thread for whatever plex docker you are running. In the docker tab click the plex docker icon and select support.

Try switching to the Linuxserver container from binhex
