From what I can see in your Diagnostics everything seems fine and nothing should prevent your iGPU from showing up but I even don't see it in the device list so my suspicion is that something in the BIOS is set not correctly. Since this is a ASUS BIOS make sure that you enable Multi Monitor Support since this should activate you iGPU no matter what but I have to admit that on earlier BIOS versions on my Motherboard (ASUS Z490E-GAMING) I had to use a HDMI Dummy plugin on the Motherboard to even get iGPU activated and that I can see it in the PCI device list.
