Here's the error I'm getting. I turned on mover logging and ran it again to attach the diagnostic file. Any help is great appreciated.

It looks like this is the problem share?

d--a shareUseCache="no" # Share exists on temp-cache, disk1, disk2, disk4, disk5
m---a shareUseCache="no" # Share exists on media-cache, disk1, disk2, disk3, disk4, disk5, disk6, disk7, disk8

However it looks like you have other share swith the same spelling but set differently?

D--a shareUseCache="yes" # Share does not exist
M---a shareUseCache="yes" # Share does not exist

The Linux level underlying Unraid is case sensitive whereas Samba is not so only one of these two will be used.

I suggest that you look in the config/shares folder on the flash drive to see if I am correct and then if so delete the ones that are not correct.  After that check the share settings again to make sure they are correctly set to move files from cache to array.

Thank you, this was the solution. I renamed those shares from uppercase to lowercase a few years ago and didn't know it was still holding onto that somewhere in the mill of things.

Here's the steps I took following your suggestion. I stopped the array. Then I used WinSCP and scared the crap out of myself because there was only one version of the share cfg files for "Data" and "Media". There were no lowercase versions. When I renamed them from "Data" to "data" and "Media" to "media", WinSCP asked did I want to overwrite, I selected yes, it then threw an error saying they didn't exist and then did not show either files any longer. Thankfully nothing was actually deleted in terms of the share. I started the array again. Went into shares, it looked like the settings were reset, thankfully, and then I was able to reconfigure my cache to array settings on both drives.

Thank you again.

Would probably have been easier to use Dynamix File Manager which is now built into Unraid 7.

Yeah, I just found out about it. I'm using it now to move files manually off the "Media-cache" drive because Fix Common Problems through a flag about files existing.

Edit: I'm not seeing how I can get to the flash drive in Dynamix File Manager.

Start it by clicking on the leftmost icon for the boot device on the Main tab.

in the mode you started it it makes sense for it to not be shown as you would not be expected to be moving files between a disk/share and the flash drive.
