April 2, 20251 yr Community Expert Do you still have the old key from a backup or the email/account? If yes, you just need to install that in the new flash drive and make the transfer yourself, if you don't have the old key, you need to contact support, some more info below: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/changing-the-flash-device/#why-replace-your-usb-flash-boot-device

However, after checking my UNRAID account, I found the order number: 1053048 and the identifier of the old USB drive. I have already prepared a new USB flash drive with the latest version of UNRAID installed. I plan to build a completely new server and would like to transfer my license to this new flash drive. Is it possible to transfer the license to the new USB key using the order number and the old USB drive identifier? Please provide further instructions on how I should proceed in this situation.
