April 29, 20251 yr Good morning, I have been having issues with my server becoming unresponsive and needing to be hard booted each morning. This sometimes happens multiple times per day and is not just at night, but is also almost every night. I am not sure what is causing it. I just rebooted and downloaded my most current diagnostics and attached to this post. It does appear to be when Radarr is adding or processing movies. Can you please assist? Also, I have ran memtest and multiple other hardware diagnostics and all passed. The device is not pingable when unresponsive so it is not network related. Thank you, John kingofunraid-diagnostics-20250429-0837.zip Edited April 29, 20251 yr by kingof805 Forgot some info

April 29, 20251 yr Community Expert Why do you have 100G docker.img? Have you had problems filling it? The usual cause of filling docker.img is an application writing to a path that isn't mapped.
April 29, 20251 yr Author Docker vdisk is only at 22GB and has not filled up. I do not believe so. I have attached my most current diagnostics as well.

April 30, 20251 yr Author Here is a new diagnostic as the issue just occurred again. In qBittorent I noticed that the files were all stuck in moving status. Attempted to reboot the server and it gets hung at "unmounting disks". I have waited overnight before and the server does not complete the reboot and becomes unresponsive. Same happened this time. Most of the time I do not notice until the server is unresponsive. Thank you and any assistance is appreciated, John kingofunraid-diagnostics-20250429-1657.zip
April 30, 20251 yr Community Expert The syslog in the diagnostics is the RAM version that starts afresh every time the system is booted. You should enable the syslog server (probably with the option to Mirror to Flash set) to get a syslog that survives a reboot so we can see what leads up to the problem. The mirror to flash option is the easiest to set up (and if used the file is then automatically included in any diagnostics), but if you are worried about excessive wear on the flash drive you can put your server's address into the remote server field and log to a share instead.
April 30, 20251 yr Author I have enabled this setting. I will submit new diagnostics the next time it happens. Thank you
April 30, 20251 yr Author The server just locked up again. Attached are the diagnostics. kingofunraid-diagnostics-20250430-1146.zip
April 30, 20251 yr Author Today, the system keeps becoming unresponsive every time I reboot. This last time that it occurred, the dashboard has not gone offline, but docker is showing in a failed state. Below were the errors within the log as it stopped working. Hope this is helpful. I can still access most docker apps even with docker in a failed state via their URL. The apps cannot connect to each other and I cannot UNC to my shares from another workstation. qBittorrent is still downloading, but they are stuck in a "moving" state once complete. I have seen this behavior before and at some point the server will go offline and no longer be pingable. Is this all caused by docker becoming unavailable? Attached current diagnostics. kingofunraid-diagnostics-20250430-1523.zip Edited April 30, 20251 yr by kingof805 Add more information.
May 2, 20251 yr Community Expert Solution memtest is only definitive if it finds errors, since you have multiple RAM sticks, try using the server with just one pair, if the same try with the other one, that will basically rule out bad RAM.
May 2, 20251 yr Author It appears to have been bad RAM. I will continue to test overnight and reply tomorrow. Thank you
