June 4, 20251 yr Hey there,i am extremely annoyed by my server... Since it kept crashing, i did order a new usb stick (one of recommendations, quite expensive and just 2.0), did a fresh reinstall and set up some containers. I didnt set up immich as it was a container i blamed for causing the crashes so far.Now i again ended up with alot of crashes. Just tried to restart paperless-ngx got some errors inside the log. This time unraid didnt yet crash but now paperless doesnt work anymore ... i guess something is all but ok here. When i then tried to stop all containers (to do a proper restart as paperless didnt work anymore), the server crashed again.During Start of Unraid-Server i also saw some nx protected whatever (exploit warning or similar) in the logi really hope someone can help. June 4, 20251 yr Community Expert That looks more to me like a hardware issue, and since you have a 14900K the CPU would be the main suspect, due to the Intel 13/14 gen issues, but since you have multiple RAM sticks, try using the server with just one, if the same try with the other one, that will basically rule out bad RAM.
June 4, 20251 yr Author Thanksi did the latest bios upgrades already in the past. Also a full check of the RAM which was ok. (at least what i remember, was some time ago)Meanwhile i did set up the server a few times to see whats going on with the paperless-ngx and i cant get it running anymore at all. Seems that unraid did update to latest version today, not sure if there is a bug when using paperless-ngx. Otherwise ive got no idea what could avoid paperless to run if i set up the whole system from scratch.Im now doing a test with the latest v6Any ideas how i can get the exact problem? Like some error that says 100% RAM issue or 100% CPU issue?Here is what i get on my monitor after a fresh usb stick setup (with the official unraid usb stick tool) with latest v6. June 9, 20251 yr I have the exact same problem with my Unraid system since I started using Paperless-ngx. It might be a coincidence, but the issue appeared right after I set up Paperless-ngx. Since I stopped the Paperless-ngx container, the problem has not occurred again. June 9, 20251 yr redis always starts before paperless-ngx.It could be, however, that Redis was restarted in between. I changed the password once, and an update might have also occurred in the meantime.

I believe that's the default setting.PS: it's quite a coincidence that it also falls into the period in which I'm also experimenting with paperless-ngx. Well, that's how it is sometimes with coincidences.
