Moved one file, all shares gone.

Featured Replies

Good evening!

I wanted to move one .MP4 file within the "shares" file exploring tool. After a short waiting time there was some text in the dialog popup but i sausagefingered my mouse and it was gone before i could read it.
Now are all shares gone. The dockercontainers dont work.
I still can see all data in the "main" tab , so nothing is deleted. Is there a way to backroll/fix it and how is it possible that a simple "move" action has that big of an effect?

I can provide logs but was unshure wich would be helpful.

Thanks for any help!!!

There's a Samba error, reboot and post new diags after array start.

It was a Samba issue, but the previous diags don't show the start of it, the syslog had already rotated, if it happens again, grab the diags as soon as possible.
