HI guys, is this real? or will it eventually get faster as it gets to other part of the platter?

This last part can take some time, it will depend on the number of bad sectors, but it can take days, or even months for more extreme cases.

There are also diminished returns from here; that is, probably won't recover much more than 97.12%, but I would at least give it a day or two and see how it progresses. You can abort if it's not really recovering much anymore and is going to take a long time.

YAY! Is this real? what to do next can i just remove the damaged disk and replace with the rescued disk then import the zfs? Thanks in advance @JorgeB

You can try, 99.93% is not bad, but it's also not great. Most often, ddrescue can recover 99.99%, make sure the old disk is disconnected when trying to import the pool.

Thanks @JorgeB you are the best! any maintenance i should do? or can i proceed using my server normaly?

Run a scrub; there may be some corrupt files, and zpool status will show them if there are. Also, consider recreating the pool with some redundancy if that data matters.
