You probably should post up your Diagnostics in a new post in this thread. Those files will provide the Gurus with more information to figure out what is going on..

Its fairly minor was just surprised.

Don't think there's snapshots (beyond a test) as never quite got it setup but here's the screenshot:

Possibly some sparse files, or many small files, but with ZFS the GUI should always report the correct stats, so I would just worry about those.

 What would a terminal command be to check folder sizes? It seems to be something in /appdata
I tried below but it says no access to */
Also LS doesn't show anything

du -sh */ | sort -hr

cd /mnt/luna/appdata/
sudo ls -la

Must be some bug as not showing so large in terminal.
I did notice MC (midnight commander) does report the same large 5.6TB size though so must be a big somewhere.
