Nov 17 14:22:30 FRIDAY kernel: BTRFS info (device nvme0n1p1): bdev /dev/nvme0n1p1 errs: wr 0, rd 0, flush 0, corrupt 31, gen 0

Btrfs was detecting data corruption. This is typically a RAM issue, and since you are running an AMD CPU with above spec RAM and that is known to corrupt data, make sure you correct that first: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/46802-faq-for-unraid-v6/page/2/#findComment-819173

This error itself is usually fatal with btrfs:

Nov 17 14:22:30 FRIDAY kernel: BTRFS error (device nvme0n1p1): parent transid verify failed on logical 4976128163840 mirror 1 wanted 549757157815 found 1343927

Nov 17 14:22:30 FRIDAY kernel: BTRFS error (device nvme0n1p1): parent transid verify failed on logical 4976128163840 mirror 2 wanted 549757157815 found 1343927

Also likely the result of bad RAM, since there was an apparent bit flip:

1343927      =                    101001000000110110111
549757157815 = 1000000000000000000101001000000110110111

There are some recovery options here: https://forums.unraid.net/topic/46802-faq-for-unraid-v6/page/2/#findComment-543490

Only try after fixing the RAM problem.

Those are also likely to fail with this issue. The one that may still work is the btrfs restore option, #2

i have stopped the array are created the /disk2/restore location yet it still thinks its mounted

I missed it before, but the first option appears to have mounted the filesystem. Since there weren't any errors, browse /temp and look for the data.
