April 21Apr 21 Author Hello again, Thank you so much! For now it works, but do i have to do anything else later?? enable/disable anything? Thanks!
April 21Apr 21 You will need to run it for a few days with those kernel options to see whether it helps or not.
April 23Apr 23 If it still happens, the best bet is replacing the NVMe device with a different brand/model or the board.
April 23Apr 23 Author Hello again, and thank you!Is there a way to check a ssd nvme for errors in unraid? I've seen that it is possible in windows but do i have to install windows on a secound pc and then switch it out the ssd to check??I was hoping for a way to check without windows. Could there possible be a program that works from a usb-stick??Thank you so much!!regards.
April 24Apr 24 When an NVMe device drops like this, it's not typically a bad device; it's a compatibility issue between the device, the board, and the kernel. That's why generally using a different one helps.
April 24Apr 24 Author Hello again and thank you.So the solution would be a new nvme?? another question i have is how do i check my ssd?, Would it be possible if i unplug all my harddrives and then install windows on the nvme, to see what crystal disk shows?? And if that works, will i have to re-plug-in the harddrives to the exactly the same sata ports as before??Thank you!regards

April 24Apr 24 Author Hello again and thank youI'm considering what part i should replace as first choice, do you have a recommendation?I'm having trouble deciding because my ssd has been in use and working without issue for about a year now, and since the problem occurred out of the blue for no apparent reason, i'm a bit concerned. Is it normal for an ssd to just...break down like this? Are there any steps i need to take preemptively to avoid this in the future? That is why i could use a recommendation regarding what part is most likely to ensure smooth operation in the future.Thank you!regards

April 24Apr 24 Author Hello again and thank youCould it be fixed with an update to the newest Unraid 7.3.0-rc.1?? or would it help tryng to downgrade the unraid version???? Is there another way to fix kernel issues??Thank youregards
April 30Apr 30 Author Hello AgainNow the problem is there again:( think ill try to replace the nvmethank you!
