May 20May 20 Author hi i am i bit lost but do i add a user account for each of my computer to my unraid server i have added credentials to this PC and i get what is in image sorry i am a bit lost thanks
May 21May 21 Community Expert root is to access the GUI only, you must use one of the other users for SMB shares
May 22May 22 Author No I added user name to server and I added the same user and password to windows credentials
May 22May 22 Community Expert Look at this thread starting here:https://forums.unraid.net/topic/191221-some-musings-on-smb-and-samba-and-unraid-and-windows/#findComment-1561581And read the next two posts after that. If you have Windows Credentials already set up for this server, I would suggest deleting them and starting over.
