Unable to boot from internal boot after changing from USB boot

Just upgraded from 7.0.3 to 7.3.2 and saw it supported internal boot, hence I give it a try for that. But it couldn't boot and I still can only use USB boot.

Anyone has any idea on what is exactly happening?
