19 hours ago19 hr Community Expert No telling, either the number stays 2 for a long time or it could rapidly increase and die.All you can do is keep an eye on it. If the reallocated sector number or the offline uncorrectable number goes up, prepare to replace the drive.
19 hours ago19 hr Community Expert That error in itself is probably not enough to indicate a serious error. Only if it keeps increasing is it a problem. If you click the orange icon for that drive on the Dashboard page and select the Acknowledge option from the drop down menu then Unraid will notify you if the value increases.
19 hours ago19 hr Author Thank you both. Will keep an eye on it. Seagate won't honor the 5 years, since the store it was bought in bought it as OEM, so I need to take it with them.
