Try restarting both unRAID and Windows.

Sorry for the delay, I use the array for so much it's hard to find time to reboot it.

 

Anyway, rebooting all three machines did not solve the issue.

 

A further wrinkle.  If I create a folder on the guest machine, the named user's machine can modify it.  So it's only a problem in one direction.
