Just to provide an update, and likely close this thread.

 

I've been learning and believe my problems and write issues has something to either do with the Mother Board, Bios, or the Processor.  I came across this post X9SCM-F slow write speed, good read speed, and believe I am having the same issues.  I have almost the same setup, and by downgrading to either Unraid 4.7 or 5.0-rc5, the write speeds dramatically improve/correct to 80MBS or higher.

 

Hopefully Limetech can help us figure it out.
