Yea.. i've been following that thread since yesterday. what's going on is that they say they apparently made a mistake, and the coupon is supposed to be only good for one day (1/21/2013). and the manager would bring out the actual coupon that says 1/21/2013 only and scan them. but then i didnt try it out myself so who am i to say anything haha.

They would not honor it. I put up a little bit of a fuss, told them I would call customer service and file a complaint about false advertising. They still would not do anything about it, but I did get them to give me a price match + 10% on the drives. So they essentially took the drives price down to 89.99 then applied tax on top of that. The drives ended up costing me about $96 a piece which is about $10 less per drive than they can be found else where (right now) and $15 cheaper per drive than they were selling them at there store.

January 23, 201313 yr Didn't last long. The first location I tried on the first day wouldn't take the coupon. Went by another store later that day and had no issue using it, to get a 3tb, cashier did have to get someone to do an override though. Saw a bunch of others there with the coupons. Wasn't really surprised when later that first night they changed the coupon. Guess they underestimated the internet again and how quickly the coupon would spread.
