Building my first unRAID server. will this mobo processor combo work?

Alright looking for a little help because i'm diving headfirst into building my first server. i've built 2 computers but thats it so far.

i have an antec three hundred case i found at microcenter for $30 and i had an old 500w power supply sitting around

 

i found this mobo on newegg for $40 after MIR

it has 4 SATA ports and a 1000mbps ethernet so it looks like a great deal to me.

i saw a few threads about a foxconn mobo not going to post but that was back in january and didn't know if anyone else has had similar problems.

 

i found this single core processor for $30 on newegg

i plan on hooking up 6 hdd's eventually so i'd also like any recommendations on SATA controller cards

Check the Hardware Compatibility wiki page.  There is an ECS board with similar specs to the Foxconn.  Your chances look good.  Also check the Motherboard forum.
