How to completey go back to clean install?

I have been using the same setup for a while now. Had simplefeatures installed, even used unmenu. I don't even know if unmenu is compatible with the 5.0.4 version, so I stopped unmenu from running. I did update the webgui and having issues I believe regarding simplefeatures and probably would be best to just go back to the native gui since compatibility issues seem to be a problem here. How can I go back to %100 native unraid, but not compromise my array? Do I just delete the plugins folder? I have a lot of catching up to do on reading, since my unraid system has been doing great for such a long time, and I blame myself for even touching it! But of course I wanted to upgrade/update everything. Everything loads, and all my shares are there, but I have errors on the GUI screen now because of what appears to be compatibility issues with simplefeatures.

UnMenu works fine with v5, but Simple Features does not.

If you really want to start "fresh", just save your key file; then wipe the flash drive and install a fresh v5.04 set of files on it;  add our key file; then boot and set up your configuration.    Be sure you know which drive is parity and (if you have one) cache.  The safest way to do that is add all your data drives;  Start the array and confirm it looks good;  then Stop the array and add the parity drive -- and let it then do the parity sync.

I may do as you suggested here, to go back to a clean bootup. I just got finished with a 10 hour parity check, so hopefully I won't need to do that again. The only thing I want to add is the APC / safe power down feature. That doesn't come built in natively, right? By the way, is it work to even install unmenu? I really don't use any extra or need any addons.

Do I need to save the *.CFG files in the SHARES folder, or will starting the arrary after what you suggested pick up the shares again? I want to preserve the shares I have now and their settings. I have about 19+ TB of media/data so that's why I'm making sure what the ramifications are before I do anything.

The shares will appear automatically with default configurations. Nothing on the data disks will be effected.
