OK guys; pre-clear, and then re-build is done. Here is how things look after

Much better, I would say? After ~11m writes, from the re-build; no errors showing.

 

Do I appear to be all good? TIA

Why?  If the new drive is installed, and reconstructed, and then parity verified, the only thing left to do is to use your server.
