fysmd
OK, I use split level 3 for my TV share in the hope that show/Season will span disks but only a diskc disk per season. This should help with disk space management for those huge shows which have run for 10s of seasons now. It works for me but I find that meta data such a show thumbs, posters etc which are all stored in the show directory are being split across a LOT of disks. is there some way to stop / manage this? dgaschk
Decrease the split level. Quote Link to comment
jimmysticky
Please see my recent post about this. It might help you to understand the split level. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=32910.0]http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=32910.0 Quote Link to comment
lionelhutz
Your share is TV? You're using level 2 or level 3? These files are in the first level directory for the TV show? If yes, you can't get those files to stay together with anything above level 1. If you're talking about files in one of the season folders then using level 3 is too much. Level 2 keeps each season on a single disk. You could also use level 0 and then create a season directory where you want the new season to go. Quote Link to comment
