I just remembered this utility while helping today.  It brings a more WinXP like search to Windows 7 & 8. So thought I would post a link incase anyone is interested.  Sorry this really isn't storage related but many of us use Windows to access unRAID and might be interested in this utility.  Not free but only $10 so fairly cheap.
