May 12, 201412 yr Is there a write up on the new plugin system for v6? I swear I've seen it somewhere but cannot find it. Or just a sample plugin at least? The only ones I've seen are v5 plugins modified for v6 and not using the new v6 system. Unless I'm wrong. I really haven't had much of a chance to check out v6 yet.
May 12, 201412 yr In one of the beta threads Tom said further instruction would come. I suppose you could emulate the plugins that come with 6, xenman or plgman. There is a sample plugin on limetech github. It's pretty basic. I don't think he has really said anything more yet.
May 12, 201412 yr I thought that the current plugin style will work but with U6 were supposed to now install a VM with XEN and then install apps there.
May 13, 201412 yr The current plugin style works fine. There is a plugin section under extensions. I assume that u6 plugins would need conform to a similar format. There are those with systems that can't run vm's and there are plugins that need to run on unraid. Like apcupsd.
